Shipping
Most orders leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days (not including weekends) from date of order. Please estimate about 7-10 days for delivery time from the date the order is released to UPS.

 

If the item requires more processing time, due to personalization or handmade items, it will be listed on the item's information page. All merchandise will be efficiently delivered via United Parcel Service(UPS).

 

Some products maybe shipped directly from our manufacturer's warehouse or from our fullfillment centers. Usually these are personalized or specialty items.

 

In cases where the product is out of stock, but we are expecting the product to arrive to our warehouse, your account will still be charge prior to shipment in order to process your order and put it on high priority. All prepaid orders will have priority over non-paid orders, and will be shipped first.

 

Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as Apartment numbers, or Suite number for business addresses delivery.

 

We do not ship to any PO Box or AFO/FPO addresses


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as shipping destination will be receive by the customer. If package is left at the door, it will be the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt.

 

In the event customer makes any alteration to shipping address after package has been scanned into the UPS system, CharmingWeddings.com is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incurr as a result of changes made by the customer.

 

Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying beautiful, high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you have a problem please email us at shop@charmingweddings.com and we will do everything we can to make it right, we're here to make your wedding favor shopping easier. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason.

 

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@charmingweddings.com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

 

Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. Please note that customized orders, personalized tags, edible items, wedding cameras, bubbles and confectionery merchandise are not returnable. We must receive the returned items within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

 

Some of our items come with free tags with purchase of that item. In the event a free tag item is returned you will be charged for the full price of the tags, which will be subtracted from your refund, as they can not be returned.

 

Personalization
Double check personalization and confirm it is correct. Items will be printed as typed, including capitalization, spelling, and punctuation,unless noted of certain restrictions. Personalized items may take an additional 5-7 business days for processing, unless otherwise noted.

 

Personalized items can not be returned.

 

Incorrect Orders
If the order you receive is not correct, either the wrong items, incorrect quantity, or even if the items were broken during shipping, contact us at shop@charmingweddings.com with your order number, your name, and the items that were incorrect or damaged. Once we receive this email we will make sure the situation is corrected as quickly as possible.

 

 

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please send an email to shop@charmingweddings.com, or reply to the email order receipt you received when you placed the order, as soon as possible. We will cancel any order as long as it has not already been processed, printed or shipped.

 

Once a cancellation is processed, we will refund your payment within 5 business days. Please note that personalized items or customized orders can not be cancelled once processing/printing has started and no order can be cancelled once shipped. Shipped orders will be handled as a return (see above).

 

Shipping Damage Claims
Any claim of damage caused by UPS (crushed boxes) must be made with UPS (United Parcel Service) customer must call UPS 1-800-457-4022 to initiate claim for damage, we will be happy to work with the customer in filing the damage claim, however a claim must be initiated first by the customer. Any and all damage claim must be made with 48 hours of receipt of package.

 

We will not be responsible for any replacements if the damage is not reported to us in a timely manner. Afterwards, all shipment will be considered to be in good condition.

 

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (7.5%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Florida. All other states and countries are tax-exempt and not charged tax by us. For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for any duties, conversions or taxes associated with the shipment.
