Shipping During Warm Seasons:
During warmer times we ship with cold packs to maintain the package temperature at a "chocolate friendly" level. Unlike other places we DO NOT charge for this feature, and there is no need to return the cold packs to us. We do require shipping upgrades at certain times of the year to make sure your chocolate is delivered to you in perfect condition.
During cooler months (October - April) we ship UPS ground with no extra shipping charge, during warm months (May-June) we require the chocolate shipment to be upgraded to 2 day air, and during peak summer months (End of June-September) we require shipping using UPS overnight.
To save on shipping we suggest ordering your chocolate coins in advance during cooler seasons, as they will store wonderfully for up to 8 months. If you have any questions please be sure to contact us.
